The cost of any property damage will be charged to the responsible party. The use of can sterno or other cooking devices are prohibited.ġ5. Absolutely no cooking or grilling in the pool facility. Multiple offenses may result in the loss of pool privileges.ġ4. Children that are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers while in the water. No cut-offs or shorts are to be worn in the swimming pool. No smoking will be allowed on pool property to include the front entrance and steps.ġ2. Parent/Guardian must accompany a non-swimmer in the water at all times.ġ1. Parent/Guardian must closely watch children at all times. A child twelve (12) years of age and under must be accompanied by an ADULT (18 OR OLDER). that are not Coast Guard approved are not permitted in the pool facility.ġ0. ‘Noodles’ are only allowed for recreational use. Only United States Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be used. Non-swimmers and/or Children using flotation devices must be supervised by a parent or designated adult who is in the pool within arm’s reach of the child. During holiday weekends or other periods of high use, attendance of guests may be further restricted to accommodate residents and to comply with maximum occupancy limits.ĩ. Each resident is limited to a maximum of 8 guests at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by a RESIDENT. Water guns are not permitted in the pool area.Ĩ. Running on the pool deck, unnecessary roughness, horseplay, ball playing and other undue disturbances are prohibited. This includes and is not limited to skateboards, bikes or roller blades.ħ. Wheeled vehicles or pets of any type are not permitted in pool facility. Public intoxication is not permitted in the pool or pool area.Ħ. Alcoholic beverages, glass or other breakable items are NOT permitted in the pool facility. The pool may be closed at any time due to weather, breakdown of equipment, operational defects, and juvenile delinquency or for any other reason deemed necessary by pool management.ĥ. REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR CARD WHEN LEAVING THE POOL.Ĥ. All cards will be filed with the lifeguard and returned upon your leaving of the pool facility. You must have your pool identification card to be admitted each time.

Admission will be denied to persons with skin abrasions, colds, inflamed eyes, or any infection and to any person wearing a bandage.ģ. Persons using the pool facility must comply with all rules and regulations promulgated by the City, County, State health offices and by Cromwell Fountain Condominiums. Owners and tenants will be responsible for the actions of their children and guests.Ģ. Persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and agree not to hold Cromwell Fountain Condominium liable for any actions of whatever nature occurring on or within the pool facility. Your cooperation and observance will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience.ġ.
